dad's 60th birthday celebration

Dad turned sixty this year and to celebrate we headed to Eastern Oregon. Wallowa Lake and Hells Canyon are two of the destinations we were able to explore for the weekend. On our drive to Eastern Oregon, we were sure to make a pit stop at the Tamástslikt Cultural Institute in Pendleton.

All camping sites at the state park were booked up due to the motorcycle rally in town the same weekend. So, we opted for a campsite at the local RV park. We met some friendly bikers, made s'mores over our fire, and "grilled" a pie for Dad (that's another story)!
